About Dr Lil

Dr Lil will be taking appointments from 27 July 2026.

Dr Lil graduated from the University of Sydney in 2002 and has been caring for patients across Sydney for more than 15 years as a dedicated General Practitioner. She achieved Fellowship in General Practice in 2010 and has further qualifications in Child Health and Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Known for her warm, approachable nature and boundless energy, Dr Lil enjoys the variety and challenges that general practice brings each day. She thrives in fast-paced environments, loves tackling complex clinical problems and embraces opportunities to continually learn and grow. Her enthusiasm for medicine is infectious and is one of the many reasons patients and colleagues alike enjoy working with her.

Dr Lil enjoys caring for people of all ages and values the long-term relationships that general practice makes possible. She believes in providing holistic, evidence-based care that supports patients through every stage of life. Her special interests include children's and adolescent health, pregnancy shared care, women's health, menopause management, healthy ageing and preventive healthcare. She is passionate about helping patients make informed decisions and achieve the best possible health outcomes.

Alongside her clinical work, Dr Lil is a Senior Lecturer in Medical Education at the University of Sydney based at Concord Hospital, where she teaches and mentors future doctors. She also leads student support programs within the Clinical School.

Working closely with young people has inspired an interest in the impact of technology and digital media on health and wellbeing. She is actively involved in research exploring how healthcare professionals can better support young people experiencing challenges related to digital technology use.

In addition to consulting at Norwest Central Healthcare, Dr Lil regularly works in the Casualty Department at Balmain Hospital. She enjoys the high-energy nature of acute care and values the opportunity to maintain her broad range of emergency medicine skills.

When she's not working, Dr Lil enjoys spending time with her family, keeping active and exploring the ever-evolving worlds of medicine, technology and education.

The team at Norwest Central Healthcare is thrilled to welcome Dr Lil. Her extensive clinical experience, passion for teaching and unique areas of expertise make her a wonderful addition to our growing practice. We are excited not only for the exceptional care she will provide to her patients, but also for the opportunity to learn from her knowledge, research interests and fresh perspectives. Dr Lil’s skills will further strengthen our ability to support the diverse needs of our community and continue delivering outstanding care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
