To support high-quality care, this practice may use an Australian AI tool called Heidi during your consultation.

Heidi helps your doctor with tasks like summarising notes, drafting documents, and checking information.

• Only DE-IDENTIFIED information is used.

• Heidi is NOT integrated into our clinical software systems.

• All information used by Heidi is deleted after processing.

Your privacy and care remain our highest priorities.

If you do not want AI to be used during your consultation, please let your GP know at the start of your appointment. We will fully respect your wishes.
