About Dr Linda
Dr Linda has worked in a wide range of hospital and general practice settings for over 20 years. She completed her undergraduate medical degree at The University of Sydney and gained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1998.
Having raised four kids of her own, Dr Linda has a special interest in many aspects of women’s and children’s health and she is well-known to often share her hard-earned wisdom (and failures!) at every opportunity. Her patients appreciate her caring and personal approach, but her candid nature is the most engaging. She is committed to delivering care to the highest standards and maintains ongoing professional development to ensure that her patients receive the best and most up-to-date medical advice. In 2021, she successfully completed the Sydney Child Health Program, receiving a highly commended result.
She has extensive experience in general practice, having managed a wide range of problems encountered in a persons’ lifespan: from newborn care such as feeding and growth issues to childhood illnesses and developmental concerns, to menstrual, hormonal and mental conditions in adolescents, to infertility, women’s health screening and antenatal care, to even surviving the menopause and beyond.
Dr Linda enjoys educating her patients and care-givers on medical illnesses and treatment options, often collaborating with specialists and allied health professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.
She is excited to welcome families to her new medical practice which is co-located with other highly respected paediatric health therapists, allowing mothers and children access to a convenient and comprehensive health care environment. Dr Linda will be available four days a week from 10 October 2022.
On her days off, Dr Linda is busy taxiing her youngest to recreational activities, catching up with family & friends or cleaning up after her naughty Boxer!
