Your safety is always our number one priority and we have implemented several important changes to improve our patients safety.
Norwest Central Healthcare continues to provide face-to-face consultation services but with extra precautionary measures to keep everyone as safe as we can from COVID-19.
This includes the offer of Telehealth services (either by telephone or video consultations) where possible and where applicable. Please call us for further information.
If you have an upcoming appointment please notify us if you or your child have fevers, a cough or respiratory symptoms. We are happy to reschedule your appointment, but if your child needs to be assessed in person, please ensure they have a NEGATIVE RAT test and wear a mask whilst inside the clinic.
Where your child has been scheduled to see the doctor in person, NCHC requests that, where possible, only one parent or carer bring their child for their appointment. Also, siblings are requested not to attend unless they have an adjacent appointment.
If there is any wait time for your appointment, consider going for a walk along the lake or enjoy a coffee downstairs and we can contact you when you are next to be seen.
In addition, the clinic surfaces are regularly wiped clean, there are hand sanitisers and hand washing facilities available and an HEPA air purifier operates continuously.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause you and your family. It's important for the well-being of everyone that we take these necessary precautions.
